They did not push expensive procedures on me, and I appreciated that they presented realistic options that respected my wishes. They also honestly explained not only the advantages but also the downtime and risks, and their attitude clearly conveyed, “We want you to decide after being fully informed.” They answered each of my questions carefully, and I was able to finish the consultation with my anxiety eased. Overall, I felt sincerity and a high level of expertise in their response, and I think this is a clinic I can trust. It was a consultation that made me honestly want to give a high rating.
