Communication was reasonably good, and they also planned the procedure using the materials I wanted, so I think it was not bad. But they seemed to weigh the features I already had, such as bone asymmetry and height differences, quite heavily, so I was not sure whether it would come out exactly the way I wanted. They are the type to clearly say what can be done and what cannot. But I just visited after seeing the before-and-after photos, and none of my acquaintances around me had had it done, so
