The staff gave kind guidance, and when I consulted with the director and the manager there was no pushing or forcing me to choose anything, so I was able to talk about my concerns pretty comfortably. I think the manager explained even the detailed parts well. My consultation with the director was with Director Song Jin-woo, and the director was more specific and professional, which I really liked. When I asked questions, he answered right away and also explained his opinions in detail, which I thought was good. Overall, this hospital felt like it set a realistic direction without any unnecessary recommendations. I felt they had a style of trying to do the surgery safely, and when I was anxious and worried and asked things, the director answered very clearly and put my mind at ease. The recommended materials didn’t feel burdensome either, so I think I had a good consultation. It didn’t feel factory-like at all since it’s a specialty clinic, and it was good. Based on the consultation alone, it’s a hospital I could recommend to people around me to go consult at.
