I went to 5 consultations and decided to do it here. I was looking around based on enough experience + an anesthesiologist on site + one-doctor clinic rather than a large chain, and this place felt the most convincing... It is a donated rib and silicone plan, and I am a little worried about silicone, but since my nose is low, I think it cannot be helped, and anyway it does not seem like the kind of place that would dodge responsibility if a problem came up, so for now I am okay with it. They took CT scans and photos from each angle, and with cotton swabs they showed that it would turn out like this
