The hospital facilities were neat and good. The waiting time and consultation time matched what they had told me in advance. Overall, the consultation went smoothly. The disappointing part was that they did not explain things in a way that was easy to understand. And I was also disappointed that they charged a consultation fee. It would be nice if they let people know in advance that a consultation fee applies before visiting. The consultation manager was fairly kind, so I felt comfortable during the consultation. They also tried a lot to match the cost, but in the end it was burdensome and I couldn't make a decision.
