As of my visit in March, the consultation wait wasn't that long for me. I consulted with the doctor, and it was more of a passive consultation than an active one. Still, they answered my questions well. After the consultation, I looked it up here and found that other people said they had before-and-after simulations made in Photoshop, but I didn't get that. They just lightly touched my nose, and usually they use a cotton swab to show how it would be raised, but here they didn't do anything like that and just looked at it, so I ended up holding my own nose and pulling it while asking, 'Would this height be okay?'...; It wasn't a very long consultation, but they analyzed my facial shape and talked about the surgical plan to some extent, so I got at least a rough sense of the direction. The manager was cheerful, energetic, friendly, and nice, but the push to pay a deposit was the strongest part. It's already been mentioned a lot in other reviews, too. I know sales is expected, but they kept repeating that I should just make a reservation and go without any real basis, and it was really hard to deal with.
