He explained things with Photoshop, and said a nose like mine needs very careful design, so I felt like he would take good care of it and I trusted him. He kept taking questions and kept asking if I had any additional ones. But compared with other places, a lot of extra procedures were added. Only here did they recommend alar reduction, and looking at the reviews, it kind of seemed like the doctor really likes alar reduction.. They also only recommended alar base reduction here. Still, the doctor communicated well, so I kept thinking it over, but since the total cost was fairly high for a first surgery and it was with donated rib cartilage, I got my deposit refunded And the manager was pressuring me a lot to leave a deposit Even though I said I still had other consultations left and wanted to think about it, she kept saying to just leave 10 and that it would be beneficial because I could get it refunded. Since I did like the consultation quite a bit, I left 10, but with the high price + some bad reviews, I got a refund.
