Friendly only until right before the surgery booking! On the day of surgery and even during the follow-up care visit, they were rude to the extreme.. Most of all, unless I asked, they didn't tell me a single thing like precautions, so I was just left flustered. The doctor was at least kind? but it seemed like communication with the staff wasn't great.. haha Anyway, the surgery itself came out looking fine, but the scar is a bit.. T_T As for nostril reduction, it's less about the doctor's skill and more about whether my nose is the kind that can actually benefit from it.
