I really liked the surgery itself, and the director was so, so kind that I liked that too. But everyone could clearly see a senior staff member absolutely scolding a junior staff member. And while the surgery appointments were matched perfectly to the minute, when I went back for stitch removal and then for swelling laser treatment, I had to wait an hour even though I had an appointment. Still, the facilities were great and they even washed my hair in the middle because I had nose surgery. My nose turned out so natural that people around me don't even know I had nose surgery. They just say I look prettier, so I'm satisfied.
