I had functional nose surgery for rhinitis about 2 or 3 years ago. The manager was very kind, but I only saw the director on the day of surgery. My nasal bridge and nostrils were already fine, so they shaved down the hump, put in silicone, was it 1 mm or 2 mm?, and used cartilage for the tip. To be honest, I wanted a slim, glamorous tip, but it turned out a bit thick and blunt. Still, I'm not a very picky person, so the shape is okay enough. My biggest complaint is the anesthesia: I think they do sedation first, then wake you up for local anesthesia. During the sedation, they fixed my hands and feet, and I was already so tense I felt like I was losing my mind. Because of rhinitis I couldn't breathe well through my nose, and I was worried about germs getting in, so they covered everything except my face and nose. The operating room was bright and I was tense, but I couldn't move my body and couldn't breathe properly, so I quickly started to feel like I was going insaneㅠㅜ They should have just given the anesthesia right away, but it was delayed in that state, and they kept saying to wait a little longer, and more than five minutes had passed. Ever since then, if I can't move my body freely, like during eyelash extensions or skin treatments, I get something like a panic attack ㅎ And I woke up in the middle of the anesthesia because it hurt so much that I screamed, and they gave me more anesthesia, but those 5 or 10 minutes before the extra anesthesia were truly agonizing... It was my first cosmetic surgery, so I was very tense, and I usually don't respond well to anesthesia anyway. Sighㅠ There were no nerve problems, and the functional nose surgery was covered by insurance properly. If you want it natural and compact, I recommend it.
