I got an estimate of 3.8 million won for a first nose surgery without implants. I didn't even get a CT scan, and since this was the first place I visited, I couldn't ask about this and that, but in the end I am going to have the surgery based on what I discussed here. They're not especially kind, but they definitely give off a very professional vibe.
