They explained everything well overall, but the consultation was very short. No matter how you look at it, this is nose surgery, so I was a little worried that it ended in just an hour.. It also felt like they were recommending a nose bridge filler to a lot of people, too. It wasn't pushy, more like "you can do it later," but a friend who went for a consultation also got it recommended, and I've seen a lot of reviews, so I'm still debating. They say it's possible to do it without an implant, but since it's not a hospital famous for implant-free nose surgery, I'm hesitating about choosing it.
