I had it done in 2013 and haven’t had any side effects at all until now, but with skin thinning from aging over the years, and a little silicone shifting from my lifestyle, I want to get revision surgery from the director again. I really like the nose line at this hospital It looks natural.. They don’t recommend anything excessive.. I had no contracture, no silicone showing, and none of the side effects other people had. I’ve lived well for 11 years, and I heard silicone is supposed to be replaced once every 10 years, so I’m going to get revision surgery.
