Most of the clinic was satisfactory for my revision nose surgery. The aftercare, such as swelling management, was good. There had been some protruding tissue inside my nose, maybe scar tissue or cartilage, and they fixed it slightly, only charging the anesthesia fee. While doing that, they also additionally removed some fat inside my nose. However, at the time of surgery they also recommended osteotomy, so I did it, but I do wonder if it was really necessary. At that time they also recommended paranasal augmentation, but I'm glad I didn't do that too. They tend to make things look natural. One thing is that they usually make the nostrils show a bit from the front, so people who dislike that should think about it a little more.
