I asked a question in the YouTube comments, and they kindly replied, and the video content was professional too, so I went there. The facilities seem excellent. But the consultation was disappointing. I mean... I know they're confident, but from my perspective it was my first time, I was anxious and scared, so I wrote down my questions and showed them, and they said, "Are you sensitive? Then we can't do it here." It's not that I'm sensitive. If I know about possible side effects in advance, I can think about how to respond, and about side effects too...
