The consultation staff member didn't explain things that thoroughly. The director also told me to look things up on YouTube if I was curious. I asked to see before-and-after photos, but they only showed very old ones. There is a separate folder just for the photos they show, but even when I asked for cases with a body type similar to mine, there weren't many good photos.
