I had a nose revision surgery about a year ago, and I was satisfied until about 6 months in, but dermis clearly has its limits. I had a short nose, no columella, and a pinched nose, and at first it seemed improved except for the columella, but as it was absorbed, the bridge rose again and one side of the pinched nose became worse. There is no support structure, so once it drops, it can't be supported.... If your nose is already pretty and you only want to make a slight, subtle improvement in height, I would recommend it. I am now looking into another revision using costal cartilage, and it is giving me a headache..;
