The doctor seemed very proud of having dedicated themselves to autologous dermis only. They definitely seemed to have the expertise to match. When I told them what shape I wanted before surgery, they said they would make the best shape possible from my current nose, with the nuance that they would just decide on their own. They had a very clear sense of judgment, and I was happy with the result of the surgery. It turned out natural and well. The doctor doesn't feel very kind, but the nurse and the manager are kind. The price seems a bit high for a first surgery.
