I saw this in many reviews, and when you go there, before the first consultation they explain the risks and side effects of silicone and so on, and they also explained the advantages and disadvantages of autologous dermis. They seemed confident because they've worked with autologous dermis for a long time, and the nurses and manager were kind. This place seems like a really good fit for people who want something very natural, and for people who never want nasal surgery again..
