I got screwed after doing it here and had to get revision surgery. Before the surgery they were as kind as could be, but once the surgery was over, suddenly everything was my responsibility. If you are going to have surgery, please make sure to check every little thing carefully and research everything thoroughly until the very end. I do not know whether this post will be deleted a few days after I put it up, but I hope it helps at least one person in the meantime. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
