I wanted rhinoplasty and was looking for something I could do without open surgery, so I booked a consultation at [Clinic A]. When I called, I gave the director's name and made the reservation, but I ended up consulting with the manager instead of the director. The manager consulted with me very kindly. They did not push unnecessary surgery and only talked about the procedure I had originally planned. There was not much pressure to pay a deposit, and they said I would have to wait longer if I wanted to consult with the director, so I just left. The hospital facilities were very large and nice. They did a CT scan and took photos too. I did not get to consult with the director, and it felt like a factory-style place, so I did not go ahead with surgery
