I originally had a wide nose, a low nose, and a short nose, so I had surgery without silicone using the septum and ear cartilage! I wanted silicone on the bridge, but the director talked me out of it, and I think it was the right call to listen. The director was really kind, gave good consultations, and I liked that they seemed to think from the patient's perspective. People around me also said I somehow looked prettier, so I'm really satisfied!! If you want something flashy, it would not suit you, but for someone like me
