First of all, the building exterior is super flashy and clean, a factory-style plastic surgery clinic. The consultation fee was free, and it was nice that they even did a CT scan. During the consultation, I wanted to do it "with no implants only," so I went in to ask about Angel nose, and they flat-out told me my nose was not a case for that. Good. In the end, they said they could do the nose surgery using only septal cartilage, and gave me a quote of 3 million won, but I worried about it and didn't trust it, so I just didn't do it. But then
