I spent about 10 minutes with the doctor, about 10 minutes with the coordinator, and waited about 15 minutes, so the total took 30 minutes. I went expecting it to take an hour, so I was glad it ended sooner than expected. They said that with buried sutures, no ptosis correction, and no epicanthoplasty, there was no need. When I said I wanted a lower canthoplasty, they honestly told me it would not have much effect, which I appreciated, and they said lower eyelid fat repositioning might actually be better.
