There was a bit of a wait. The director was kind, but the staff were not great. Maybe because I looked young, they dismissed me, or maybe they assumed I wasn’t going to have surgery anyway? They also didn’t send me the consultation notes afterward. When I asked, they said, “We don’t send those out.” Out of ten clinics I visited for consultations, this is the first place that didn’t send them,,
