I had my first double eyelid surgery 8 years ago, and I was satisfied with the line back then, so I went back to the same doctor for revision surgery. I was also stressed about under-eye fat, so I asked about both at the same time. I was satisfied with the line even after the first surgery, but over time the skin sagged and covered the line, and it seemed a bit thin, so I decided to go back to raise it.
