My friend had alar reduction here. The consultation was very short, and they said they would not do cartilage binding together, which was disappointing. The alar reduction looked a little wider than it did at first. There were no scars and it turned out well, but I think she may need revision surgery again. The doctor said they reduced it a lot, but I guess my friend's alar base was just very large. The stitches are removed in two stages, so it would probably be a bit annoying to go back and forth from out of town. They should have done it together with cartilage binding, but they could not, so that was a bit disappointing.
