I had rhinoplasty with ear cartilage + silicone, but it ended up looking nothing like the nose I wanted, more like a straight male nose... Even though I definitely used a silicone implant 3 mm lower, the starting point of the silicone began too high from the double-eyelid line, so it became way too straight. I kept saying I wanted a softly straight nose, but and the silicone shows through, so I am planning to have it removed somewhere else... Whenever there is a problem with my nose and I want to go to the hospital, it is too hard to make an appointment, so getting feedback right away is difficult.
