I went in for epicanthoplasty and double-eyelid surgery, and as far as I remember there was a consultation fee. There were a lot of customers, so the wait was long, and the facility felt a bit cramped. The structure is that you go into a room and wait for the chief doctor, and although I think almost all plastic surgery clinics are like that, I had a consultation with the coordinator first and then with the chief doctor. In terms of things like eye structure? Surgical technique? That sort of thing, and the shape of the lacrimal caruncle, they seemed to know a lot about double eyelids. What I got out of it was that epicanthoplasty comes out according to the eye shape you already have. If your eye has a hook, it opens into a hook shape; if it's round, it opens round; if it's sharp, it opens sharp
