Before surgery: hump nose, round nasal tip. Desired surgery: straight natural nose (I brought photos of Go Yoon-jung's nose). Procedure performed: shaved down the hump a little and filled the nasal tip using ear cartilage. This was the last clinic I visited in person, and just by seeing them I felt a lot of confidence, so I was relieved. My nasal bridge was already on the high side and the hump was my biggest concern, and they told me to leave out all the excessive options and just do the tip. They even explained that it would be better to leave the sides of the bridge alone
