My nose was originally so low that if you ran your finger across it, there was almost nothing to catch, so I went ahead with an implant plus autologous costal cartilage. I wanted a natural look that would not make it obvious I had nose surgery. A friend had it done and it turned out well, so I followed and visited, got the consultation, and set a date right away. I also combined it with forehead fat grafting, and it turned out naturally and well. The harvested rib area did leave quite a large scar. The consultation was practical and focused on what was realistically possible, and they did their best to match what I was aiming for
