The doctor gave off a vibe similar to actor Kim Yoon-seok, lol, and his tone was like a slightly tsundere uncle's, but personally he was kind, and the explanation about the surgery was very professional. He did seem very tired. Since my nostrils are big and my skin is thick, he honestly said there might not be a huge improvement, and that if I wanted something natural it would be possible. He clearly pointed out what could be done and what could not, which I really liked.
