There were many reviews saying the doctor looked tired, but that was more or less fine. Photo session. CT x, explanation while looking at photos of my face. When I asked about removing the L-shaped silicone, I was told that the L-shaped silicone was pressing on my cartilage, leaving the cartilage compressed. If only the silicone were removed, my columella would be left collapsed as it is. I was told that revision surgery would be better, and after removing the silicone, they would use ear cartilage plus a septal extension graft for the tip; if that did not work, additional ear cartilage. My original nose was also crooked.
