At first I did not think it was a clinic; the facilities did not look like a plastic surgery clinic at all. I went in, thought I had entered the wrong place, went back out, then came in again. The consultation manager did quite a lot of advertising, perhaps trying to recommend this and that. The staff were not particularly kind. There were too many staff, so it was chaotic. The person who performed the procedure was kind at first, but near the end suddenly asked, “Do you want it injected this way or that way?” I was bewildered and asked them to repeat it, and they went stone-faced for three seconds
