The huge factory-like waiting room was packed with people, so it was overwhelming... Even the staff looked overwhelmed. And the staff were all young people too... The process goes manager > director > manager, and because there was a same-day booking discount, there was a little pressure. The director did give a calm and good consultation, but the surgery method and the hospital weren't really the style I wanted, and it was so chaotic that I don't think I'll do it. If I were younger, for the cheap price and if it were my first surgery, maybe I would've just gone through with it... I canceled the deposit
