The worst... Even though I went earlier than the scheduled consultation time, I waited quite a long time. I was told there was surgery before me, so I could understand that part. The problem was the consultation. First I took photos as instructed by the staff and then saw the doctor, but without even looking closely at my nose in person, he just glanced at the photos and said he would use silicone, so I cut things off right there. For reference, I wanted no implant, and no clinic had ever recommended silicone for my nose. At previous clinics, they even told me that because my nose had a slight hump and the nasal bone itself was well developed, I should avoid any place that recommends silicone. Here, they just gave a careless visual once-over and explained the typical hump-nose case you can find online: osteotomy for the hump, silicone inserted, tip raised, end of story. There was no reason for me to travel far and pay for an in-person consultation. I would not recommend it at all for patients who want a no-implant, closed rhinoplasty for a hump nose. And the consultation staff also suggested things like chin and forehead surgery, which was absurd lol. Those were never issues I had even thought about, and in reality I just have a normal face. I even modeled school uniforms at school, so my face is really fine except for my nose, which is the only thing I wanted to fix. I never expected to receive such subtle indirect looks-based criticism and recommendations like that.
