Please only take reservations for what you can actually handle.. I had another clinic appointment booked two hours after the time I reserved here, but I ended up waiting here for two hoursㅋㅋㅋ If that’s the case, what’s the point of having a reservation time??? I waited an hour until the CT, then after the CT I had a consultation with the manager and waited another hour. Is that normal? After reading the posts below, I realized I wasn’t the only one. This made me think that even a one-doctor clinic can be run like a factory.. Honestly, factory-style clinics at least have more doctors, so they probably wouldn’t make you wait this long? If you take on that many consultation patients, do you even remember them when they come back for surgery? It’s a one-doctor clinic, so why are there so many consultation rooms? This is the first clinic like this I’ve ever seen and I never want to go again. If a friend around me says they’re going here, I want to stop them no matter what. I wonder if they even remember their surgery patients..
