Before the consultation, I had a CT scan and then got a nose consultation. While looking at the nose CT results, they told me the suitable surgical method, and when I asked questions, they explained things well. They clearly say something cannot be done or will not be effective if it really cannot be. The consultation with the manager was kind too, but the price is a bit expensive.
