First of all, at all 5 clinics I had previously consulted, they were hesitant about doing my nose surgery. My nose is long, but the nostrils show a little, so if I had the visually short nose I wanted, they said my nostrils would show even more than they do now.. They said they could straighten the crooked part, but that it didn’t seem worth spending the time and money on, so everyone told me not to do it. But only the director at Nose Lab confidently said they could do it exactly the way I wanted. They said even if the tip is lifted, they can make it so the nostrils won’t show. But.. the director seems to prefer making the nose a little longer, so I’m torn
