Personally, I went for a consultation because I was worried about three things: asymmetry in my double eyelids, a deep fixation, and wanting re-canthoplasty after the inner corner reconstruction because my eyes felt dull. But after looking at me and asking what was bothering me, they said that basically they do not perform surgery that does another inner corner procedure on eyes that have already had inner corner reconstruction, that overall there did not seem to be much room for improvement even if I had surgery, and that my eyes looked like they had no major problems, so
