I am still in my early 30s, but the sagging in my face is so severe that I was worried about nasolabial folds and a sagging jawline. I have tried lifting laser a few times, but it does not fully solve it anyway, and at this level of nasolabial folds, surgery seemed necessary. I decided I needed to do something and went after reading the reviews. I thought that if the midface were pulled up, the jawline would all come up too, but they did say it could help to some degree, not to that extent, and that the jawline would need another procedure as well. Still, my nasolabial folds really smoothed out a lot, and instead of just being pulled upward, my face rose naturally along the side line, which was the most satisfying part. It felt like skill or something. I was also considering the area under the chin, but I did not have surgery there too. I was just trying to deal with the facial sagging for now, but maybe it is just my imagination, yet my jawline seems to have been pulled up a little too lol. Anyway, I think the overall effect was good. A friend who had contouring surgery a long time ago and whose facial sagging got worse saw mine and made an appointment for a consultation.
