When I had my first nose surgery, I said I didn’t care if it looked obviously operated on and asked them to make the bridge and tip as high as possible, and that’s how it turned out, but it ended up looking too avatar-like. Also, the tip was made into a half-curved shape, which even gave it a feminine feeling, and that stressed me out too. If they had explained in advance during the consultation that it would turn out like this if I did exactly what I wanted, I would have thought about it more, but it felt too artificial and the tip shape wasn’t what I wanted either, so after about 3 years I decided to get revision surgery. I had it done with the director here, whom my girlfriend found and recommended. The bridge and tip were both reborn, and the bridge that looked too thick from the front was slimmed down, and the tip line was recommended based on my other facial features, saying that a straight line would suit my face shape and the combination of my eyes, nose, and mouth better. It really was different. I asked if it might be okay to make the tip even higher, but they said probably not lol, so I had surgery designed into the shape best for my face, and now I’m so satisfied with my nose that I want to live with it forever and never let it drop
