I looked after watching YouTube and blogs because I wanted just one or two stitches in the back part instead of a full revision. I had seen reviews saying they were unfriendly, but I also liked the post-op photos, so I went in thinking that as long as the surgery was done well, that would be enough. But during the consultation they recommended ptosis correction, and when I refused they said they could not do the surgery then. Ptosis correction is not even a mandatory surgery... Their attitude and tone during the consultation were also not great. T_T Communication should reflect the patient's needs.
