I went there and waited a bit, then had a consultation with the staff manager. The staff manager consultation was average, and after a short wait I met with the director, who was as blunt as rumored. They looked at the photo I wanted, set the line, and said I should tell them my requirements on the surgery day, then asked me what I was curious about. The later consultation with the staff manager was also average, so the consultation felt a bit iffy, but I liked the after-photo results a lot, so I'm thinking of going back for another consultation.
