They're kind, but I think they have a distinct style, and it seems like they do open incisions across the board, so I'm going to look into it more for now ㅠ The reviews are mixed too, so I'm hesitating a bit, but the staff are kind and all. The cost seems pretty expensive, which is the biggest downside.
