I had a consultation with the manager first, then with the chief doctor. They spoke as if they were confidently certain about the nose shape after surgery. They talked about nostril lifting, alar reduction, columella reduction, and lowering the nasal deviation, among other things. I am worried it may look too artificial, but it seemed like they already had a fixed shape in mind.
