It was more professional than anywhere else I consulted, and the director was trustworthy and good too. It's my top choice, but because the cost is 2 to 3 times higher than other places, it's burdensome I feel like maybe I should go here for a surgery with no failures, but it's even harder to decide I think this is the place that really and clearly improves the columella and lowers the nostrils, but I'm worried.
