After having a thorough consultation with the manager first, I met with the doctor in charge of eyes, got a CT scan, and then had a consultation for my nose. Overall, the consultation process was systematic, which I liked, and it didn’t feel at all like one of those factory-style hospitals people talk about. During the consultation, they carefully listened to my concerns and what I wanted, and they explained the surgical method and expected results in detail, which gave me confidence.
