I came for a consultation about full nose removal. I had a strong feeling that if I had surgery here, even with full removal they would make a pretty nose. They said that if I brought or made the nose shape I wanted, they would do their best to make it accordingly. In the middle, they asked if I was good with scary things and showed me photos during surgery. The doctor recommended open surgery to me even though I had only been recommended closed surgery. After removal, they can make a pretty nose
