They do flashy nose work well. People say they are good at pretty-natural nose jobs too, but even the pretty-natural ones lean flashy. The doctor's reputation is well known. But during consultation, the patient has to have studied before coming for the conversation to work.. If you go in clueless, the doctor should explain things first and tell you what is what, and then the patient should look up anything more they are curious about. There are so many doctors and clinics these days with this ridiculous mindset. If the patient does not research before going, they are just at the mercy of the system..
